Faye Bracken, 81, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, May 30, 2017.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 2, 2017 in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Faye was born Nov. 29, 1935, in Amarillo to W.P. and Eva Stewart. She married Doug Bracken on June 4, 1956. He preceded her in death on March 31, 1990.
Faye was a longtime member of West Amarillo Church of Christ and volunteered at Bethesda Outreach Center.
Survivors include a daughter, Cheryl Studer and husband Lee, of Amarillo; a son, Stuart Bracken and wife Darla, of Amarillo; six grandchildren, Macey Ocheskey and husband Justin, Colby Studer and wife Brittney, Austin Studer and wife Hannah, Dustin Bracken, Courtney Studer and Meridith Bracken; and four great-grandchildren, Disney, Declan, Collier and Riggs.
